We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre local graduate (who has graduated or will be graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between February 2025 and August 2026) to join our Engineering Operations team on a 12-month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences.
Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.
The Opportunity
Working in Hilton’s Regional Office for Middle East and Africa will give the successful candidate valuable exposure to Engineering Operations core activities such as asset maintenance & management, sustainability, CAPEX planning & execution, maintenance & energy efficiencies, as well as initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
As a graduate intern, you will be an integral part of the team and will play an active role in its continued success. As an intern, you will be assigned a mentor to offer their knowledge and experience towards your advancement, and to help bridge any skill gaps.
You will also carry out a range of administrative and support activities, as well as having ownership of your own project-based initiatives.
