About the role:

As an Aesthetician at Four Seasons, you will deliver exceptional facial treatments and skincare services that reflect the brand’s luxury standards. You will play a vital role in creating a serene and rejuvenating experience for guests while promoting wellness and skincare knowledge. The role requires technical expertise, a guest-focused approach, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine spa environment.

What you will do:

Guest Experience & Skincare Services

• Provide professional and personalized facial treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
• Perform additional aesthetic services, including hair removal, as per spa standards and guest preferences.
• Advise guests on skincare routines and recommend suitable retail products to enhance their results.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable advice, and ensure satisfaction through thoughtful and attentive service.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms and staff lounges.
• Set up, utilize, and clean all facial equipment, including steamers, high- frequency devices, depilatory heaters, and sterilizers.
• Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary supplies and ensure proper inventory of products and linens.
• Utilize the appointment booking system to schedule and manage services efficiently.

Team Collaboration & Compliance

• Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless spa operations.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on spa protocols and industry trends.
• Adhere    to    all    safety    procedures    and    respond    appropriately    to emergencies or safety concerns.
