From overseeing banquet facilities to coordinating with various teams, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Rate: $19.58 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.58.

Job Duties Include:  

• Oversee banquet facilities and daily operations across 78,000+ square feet of event space, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with Conference Services, Culinary, and other departments to meet timelines, dietary needs, and overall event objectives.
• Deliver professional, engaging service while building strong relationships with guests and colleagues to create unforgettable experiences.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, report maintenance issues, and implement process improvements while demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the Events team by fostering a culture of respect, integrity, teamwork, and accountability while embracing change and innovation.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have Pro-Serve Certification.
• Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience is an asset
• 2 years previous serving experience required.
• Bartending, cash handling and previous Silverware point of sale system experience is required.
