About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the Events Department, the Events Coordinator provides key support in the coordination, administration and follow‑up of banqueting and events activity, ensuring excellent client service, smooth internal coordination and full compliance with Mandarin Oriental standards.
The role reports to the Events Manager / Director of Events.
As Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Support the coordination and execution of banqueting and events services, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the hotel’s banqueting offer, menus and beverage selections.
• Coordinate service flow between banqueting service teams and the kitchen.
• Prepare and manage databases, reports and internal documentation as required.
