We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. As an Events Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of corporate events, conferences, and meetings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, organizational skills, and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and meetings for up to 500 guests
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
• Conduct site visits and prepare detailed proposals for potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event coordination
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and resources
• Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Implement effective yield management strategies to maximize revenue
• Prepare contracts, event orders, and post-event reports
• Conduct post-event evaluations and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event offerings
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to departmental goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in corporate event planning and management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in event management software (e.g., OPERA Cloud, Delphi)
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
