intimate celebrations to exclusive buyouts and destination gatherings.
This role is instrumental in positioning Faena The Red Sea as one of the most sought-after
event destinations in the Kingdom and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main liaison for clients, hosts, agencies, wedding planners, corporate organizers, and VIP representatives.
  • Plan and coordinate weddings, private celebrations, executive retreats, brand launches, wellness events, incentive groups, cultural programming, and luxury gatherings.
  • Conduct site inspections, planning meetings, tastings, rehearsals, and operational briefings.
  • Prepare detailed event orders, function sheets, rooming lists, timelines, and billing instructions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue teams to maximize conversion, upsell opportunities, and total event profitability.
  • Work with Culinary, Rooms, Spa, Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure all operational requirements are delivered flawlessly.
  • Curate bespoke guest experiences including décor, entertainment, gifting, wellness rituals, transportation, and VIP touches.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown while maintaining luxury service standards throughout.
  • Manage supplier relationships including florists, production companies, entertainment partners, AV vendors, and specialty contractors.
  • Ensure all events comply with resort policies, safety standards, permits, and local regulations.
  • Monitor budgets, deposits, final billing, and event profitability in coordination with Finance. https://careers.accor.com/global/en/job/events-manager-in-red-sea-saudi-arabia-jid-103140
