About the location:

There’s a certain magic in the air here that flows effortlessly through Old Town Square, onto Charles Bridge, over the Vltava and all the way up the tallest spires of Prague Castle – and that’s just what you can see from Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Exclusive Experience Manager to join our team.

 

About the Role

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? As our Exclusive Experience Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our guests feel connected to the destination and cared for in extraordinary ways.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our Concierge team and elevate guest experiences to the highest level of luxury and personalization.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, from pre-arrival planning to post-departure follow-ups, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Guest Experience and Concierge teams, ensuring service excellence and team growth. Create a strong, motivated team through ongoing training, performance feedback, and empowerment.
  • Respond to a variety of guest requests with creativity and attention to detail, tailoring recommendations to exceed expectations while aligning with Four Seasons’ standards.
  • Anticipate guests’ preferences and needs proactively, ensuring that each experience feels uniquely curated.
  • Stay ahead of trends, identifying new opportunities to introduce unique and exciting experiences for our guests.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience 5* luxury hotel brand or working with luxury brands, providing VIP concierge services.
  • Strong attention to detail, a flair for creativity, and the ability to handle multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, with a track record of managing and inspiring teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to leadership.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
