Job Description

  • To provide effective administrative support for the department, completing all activities to the required standard, and in a timely manner.
  • To assist all other department members– executives and none non-executives performing their professional duties, particularly by completing administrative support tasks on their behalf.
  • To ensure that all callers to the hotel are answered professionally and that their queries are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Organization of and attendance at hotel meetings, and the efficient coordination of all logistical and support activities
  • Efficient processing of mail, faxes, and other written communications on behalf of the hotel
  • Ensuring that all hotel assets and equipment are cared for and looked after.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in an executive secretary or admin role ideally in hospitality or a similar environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Effective and professional communication abilities.
  • Professional writing capabilities, including being able to communicate with employees, vendors, and clients or guests.
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficient English communication
