About the Role
As the Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, you will lead the culinary vision and operations across our award-winning dining outlets: Kollázs Restaurant and Múzsa Bar, banqueting, in-room dining, and culinary experiences. You will inspire and develop a talented team of chefs, create exceptional menus that reflect innovation and quality, and ensure every dish embodies the excellence, creativity, and attention to detail that define the Four Seasons experience.
This role is ideal for a dynamic culinary leader who is passionate about delivering unforgettable dining experiences, developing high-performing teams, and setting the benchmark for luxury hospitality in Budapest.
What You Will Do
• Lead and oversee all culinary operations across restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, in-room dining, and special events
• Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, local influences, and global culinary trends
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction
