The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for leading all pastry and dessert operations across Fairmont Southampton’s diverse culinary portfolio, including restaurants, lounges, banquets, in-room dining, and special events. This role demands a visionary pastry professional with masterful technique, creativity, and the ability to anticipate and respond to culinary trends.
The Executive Pastry Chef oversees menu development, production quality, team leadership, cost control, and operational excellence all while delivering elevated, memorable pastry experiences that complement the resort’s luxury standards.
