JOB DESCRIPTION
The stunning Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort and Spa is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead their culinary team! This 244-suite property is located between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, just feet away from miles of sandy beach along the Atlantic Ocean!
In this position, you will report to the Director of Food and Beverage while supervising a team of five cooks and three dishwashers.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess five years of experience as an executive sous chef or sous chef, with exposure to banquet culinary in either in a hotel kitchen or with a catering company.
