The F&B Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and ensuring a smooth and personalized dining experience. The role provides attentive service, anticipates guest needs, and promotes the resort’s hospitality standards through professional and friendly interactions.

The F&B Hostess supports efficient outlet operations by maintaining a well-organized dining environment and working closely with team members to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant SOPs and service standards to ensure consistent and exceptional guest experiences.
• Understand that work schedules and operational demands may vary according to business needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort facilities, restaurant promotions, operating hours, and services.
• Be familiar with resort room categories and locations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, and points of interest.
• Report for duty punctually and in accordance with the daily roster.
• Welcome and monitor guests entering the outlet, ensuring accurate guest tracking where required.
• Escort guests to their tables and offer welcome amenities, including beverages and cold towels.
• Ensure guests are attended to promptly and their dining area remains clean and well-presented.
