The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, part of Marriott International, is currently looking for an F&B Intern.
It is a full-time internship (40-hour working week made of 8 hours per 5 days and 2 days off).

What you will do
The purpose of the Internship is to give the Intern an overview of the Company and Hotel organization and an understanding of the structure of the F&B Operations.
Within the specific departments, the Intern will shadow and actively support the Tutor in order to acquire professional skills.
What we’re looking for
This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
