This is an exciting new position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of lifestyle brands, representing the first Morgans Originals hotel in Egypt.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for enthusiastic & passionate Food & Beverage Interns to join our team at Portaluna, a Morgans Originals hotel, on Egypt’s North Coast.
This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality students looking to gain hands-on experience in a lifestyle hotel, develop their service skills & discover what it takes to create memorable dining experiences.
Working alongside our experienced Food & Beverage team, you’ll gain valuable exposure to restaurant, bar & daily dining operations while learning how creativity, personality & genuine hospitality come together.
Possible Start Date: April/May 2027
Internship Duration: Approximately 5–6 months, aligned with seasonal operations
