SUSHISAMBA celebrates the culture and cuisine of Japan, Brazil and Peru. The menus are a mix of new and signature dishes with an emphasis on bold flavours, the finest ingredients and artful presentations.

As part of the new W Hotel opening in the vibrant St James Quarter and with stunning views over the Scottish capital, our Edinburgh restaurant will be the latest beautiful restaurant to add to our current portfolio in Las Vegas, London, Dubai and Doha as well as planned openings in Bahrain and Riyadh.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reports to SUSHISAMBA General Manager at W Edinburgh be expected to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages during breakfast service.

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!

As Barista key aspects of your role will include:

  • Prepare beverages during service both hot and cold
  • Assist with stocking all operation equipment to ensure a smooth service
  • Understand the importance of timely service and maintain high levels of standards
  • Communicate any important guest information to the team and management
  • Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
