Are you looking for more than just a job? As an F&B Service Manager, you are the driving force behind our service experience. You lead your team, design processes, and set new standards for quality and hospitality.

Your Role:
•    You are responsible for the entire F&B service area—both operationally and strategically
•    You lead, inspire, and develop your team
•    You ensure that guests are not just satisfied, but delighted
•    You optimize processes and contribute new ideas
•    You manage staffing, quality, and cost-effectiveness
•    You plan and oversee events and functions
•    You serve as the liaison between the kitchen, management, and other departments

Be able.

•    Several years of experience in the F&B sector, with initial leadership responsibility
•    Passion for hospitality and service excellence
•    Leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset
•    Organizational talent & strong decision-making skills
•    Excellent German and English language skills
•    Energy, drive, and a desire to make a difference
