Entrando a far parte del reparto Food & Beverage, avrai l’opportunità di conoscere da vicino le operazioni di una struttura internazionale cinque stelle lusso, acquisendo esperienza pratica all’interno di diversi outlet dell’hotel.
Durante il percorso, supporterai il team nelle attività operative quotidiane all’interno del ristorante, bar, room service e servizio colazioni, apprendendo procedure, standard di servizio e best practice proprie di una realtà alberghiera internazionale. Grazie a un coinvolgimento diretto nelle attività del reparto, contribuirai a garantire un’esperienza di eccellenza agli ospiti, sviluppando al contempo competenze organizzative e relazionali.
Lo stage offrirà inoltre l’opportunità di collaborare con il management del reparto, supportando l’organizzazione delle attività quotidiane e partecipando a progetti specifici. L’esperienza permetterà di acquisire una visione completa delle dinamiche operative e gestionali del Food & Beverage in un contesto dinamico e multiculturale.
Orario di lavoro Stage full-time della durata di 6 mesi, con due giorni di riposo settimanali a rotazione. I turni si svolgeranno dal lunedì alla domenica nella fascia oraria compresa tra le 07:00 e le 23:30.
