You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week. Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC), salary £32,042.40 per year.

As our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will:

• Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable experiences and building guest loyalty throughout their stay.
• Lead and support the Food & Beverage team, ensuring smooth daily operations across all service areas.
• Supervise team members on shift, ensuring duties are completed to a high standard and guests receive outstanding service.
• Train, coach and motivate team members in company procedures, product knowledge and service standards.
• Create a welcoming dining and bar experience where every guest feels valued.
• Manage stock levels, stock rotation and ordering requirements for food, beverages and catering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hotel, brand and audit standards at all times.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
