To deliver an exceptional breakfast experience by ensuring that the breakfast area is welcoming, clean, well-presented and fully stocked at all times.

The Breakfast Ambassador is responsible for providing outstanding guest service while maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure every guest receives excellent customer service throughout breakfast.
• Answer guests’ questions regarding breakfast items, allergens and hotel facilities.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Breakfast Service

• Prepare and present the breakfast buffet in accordance with Adagio brand standards.
• Ensure hot and cold food items are replenished throughout service.
• Prepare hot breakfast items where required.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and presentation at all times.
• Ensure beverages, coffee machines and juice dispensers remain fully stocked and operational.

Food Safety & Hygiene -(training can be provided)

• Follow all Food Safety, HACCP and Health & Safety procedures.
• Carry out and record food temperature checks.
• Ensure correct storage, rotation and labelling of food (FIFO).
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the breakfast area, kitchen and storage rooms.
• Report any food safety concerns immediately
