Mission: Responsible for directing and optimizing the hotel’s Food & Beverage
operation, ensuring the correct implementation of company standards, service quality, customer satisfaction, and department profitability.

What do you have to do?

• Strategy and operation: Implement the F&B strategy and standards in restaurants, bars, lounges and MICE, adapting them to the needs of the hotel and supervising their correct execution.
• Economic results: Participate in budget preparation, control income and expenses, analyze the P&L, monitor KPIs and apply corrective measures to ensure profitability.
• Investments and suppliers: Identify equipment and investment needs, manage requests, and ensure compliance with the corporate supplier and product strategy.
• Marketing: Implement F&B marketing campaigns and actions, adapting them to the hotel and proposing local initiatives.
• People: Participate in the selection, development and evaluation of the team; manage sizing and staffing; promote training, communication, climate and well-being of the department.
• Safety and prevention: Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards, internal procedures and responsibilities established in the self-protection plan.
• Food safety: Ensure the implementation of food safety regulations and the monitoring of HACCP audits and their action plans.
• Sustainability: Promoting local products, healthy eating, waste reduction and proper waste management.
• Customer Experience: Ensure compliance with brand standards, monitor customer experience, manage incidents, and work on Voice of the Customer results.
• Premium areas: Also ensure the correct application of F&B standards in The Level areas.

What are we looking for?

• University degree or higher in Tourism and/or training in Gastronomy/Culinary.
• Valuable ongoing training in gastronomic trends and innovation.
• Local language.
• Advanced English.
• Food safety and hygiene and food handling.
• Economic management, results analysis, and management tools.
• Hotel operations and knowledge of the different F&B services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools specific to the position.
• Knowledge of gastronomic trends and innovation.
• Focus on results and economic objectives.
• Planning, organizational, and proactive skills.
• Leadership, communication and team management.
• Ability to implement projects, strategies and new gastronomic concepts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions , preferably in 4 and 5 star hotels.
