What You Will Do

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness and service standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager in executing operational requirements and supervising the team.
• Inspect rooms and public areas regularly, ensuring standards are consistently met.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff; act as a role model and promote teamwork.
• Maintain organized and clean pantries, storage areas, and workspaces.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment; assist with ordering and stock-taking.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any concerns with professionalism.
• Uphold hotel grooming, hygiene, and safety standards; ensure staff compliance as well.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reports, staff scheduling, and coordination with other departments.
• Ensure follow-up on maintenance issues in assigned areas.
• Attend and participate in briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Handle “Do Not Disturb” rooms and safety protocols as per hotel policy.
• Maintain good working relationships across departments and encourage a culture of service excellence.
• Be flexible to carry out additional tasks or assist other departments as required.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
• Must have fluent level of English language both written and spoken.
• Due to nature of the job, female candidates will be preferred.
