About the role

Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is looking for a Finance Cost Analyst. This role monitor and control all procedures that affect the receipt, issuance, general controls and sales of food and beverage in the hotel where it’s to ensure that all control functions are established and enforced according to Four Seasons Hotel Ltd. policies and procedures. This is a pivotal role in the Resort that is ideally suited to an experienced hospitality professional looking to develop their career.

What you will do

• Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments.
• Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to cost control.
• Constantly monitor all food and beverage controls to ensure compliance with Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. policies and procedures.
• Maintain menu costings on all food and beverage items and make F&B Management aware of any pricing problems.
• Coordinate, attend and monitor all food and beverage physical inventories to ensure accuracy.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skill and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and finance teams.
