As a Finance Executive, you will:

• Be a custodian of integrity, ensuring all financial transactions reflect transparency, accuracy, and compliance
• Lead by example, providing support and guidance to your team with a hands-on approach that fosters learning and confidence
• Drive financial excellence by optimizing costs, improving profitability, and supporting operational performance
• Collaborate across departments to create business value by delivering actionable financial insights and analysis
• Champion innovation, using technology, automation, and smart reporting to elevate the function beyond traditional roles
• Ensure statutory and internal compliance standards are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

We are looking for someone who is:

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to interpret data and translate it into action
• Strategic-minded, understanding how finance integrates into the broader goals of the business
• Proficient in hotel finance systems (e.g., Sun, Opera, Micros, SAP) and up to date with modern finance tools and reporting platforms
• A people leader, who can coach and inspire their team to develop and perform at their best
• Communicative and collaborative, able to partner effectively with other departments and senior leadership
• Genuinely passionate about hospitality, and the role finance plays in delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments, tight deadlines, and high standards
