The Finance Executive – Administration supports the Finance Department in managing financial operations, administrative controls, and compliance with Hilton policies and statutory requirements. The role ensures accurate financial records, efficient administrative processes, and smooth coordination between finance and other hotel departments.
What will I be doing?
As the Finance Executive-Administration, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, expense reports, and payment documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
