POSITION SUMMARY
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del reparto Amministrazione & Finanza e, in particolare, collaborerà con le persone che si occupano di contabilità, affiancandole in tutte le loro attività quotidiane: controllo ed invio fatture clienti, quadratura pagamenti carte di credito, calcolo e controllo commissioni da riconoscere alle agenzie di viaggio, invio solleciti di pagamento in tre differenti step come previsto dalle procedure tipiche di una compagnia americana, evadere corrispondenza e richieste clienti.
During the 6-month internship, the candidate will be included in the Administration & Finance Department and will work with accounting people, alongside them in all their daily activities: customer requests, checking and sending customer invoices, quadrature of credit card payments, calculation and control of commissions to be recognized by travel agents, sending payment solicitation in three different steps as expected by the procedures of the American company.
