About the Role

The Finance Staff plays a key role in keeping our operations running seamlessly. Managing daily activities to assisting with month-end tasks and financial reporting, this role is all about accuracy, collaboration, and impact. You’ll be a trusted partner in ensuring our financial integrity.

What you will do:

• Responsible for performing with accuracy and timeliness, all accounting and financial reporting for our property.

• Ensures compliance with internal controls and safeguards the assets and resources of the hotel.

• Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments and Home Office.

What you bring:

• Requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals

• Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality

• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English is required
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Good communication skills—able to work with other departments.
• Time management; able to meet deadlines, especially in closing periods.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during reporting periods.
