At INNSiDE by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas, we are looking for a Front Office Trainee eager to learn, develop professionally, and be part of an innovative and dynamic hotel experience. You will support the Reception team in providing excellent guest service, helping to ensure a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

You will work in an international environment where you can develop key skills in customer service, hotel operations and incident management, always alongside industry professionals.

Job mission

Support the Front Office department in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring close, efficient and personalized attention to guests, while acquiring knowledge and practical experience in the comprehensive management of the hotel reception.

What will you learn with us?

Check-in and check-out processes following Meliá Hotels International standards.
Management of individual and group bookings.
Attention to and resolution of guest queries and incidents.
Hotel management systems (PMS).
Billing and collection procedures.
Coordination with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).
Upselling techniques and improving the customer experience.
Quality and service standards in an international hotel chain.
Development of communication, organization and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.

What are we looking for in you?

Student of Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related studies.
Possibility of formalizing an internship agreement with a university or study center.
High level of Spanish and English (other languages will be valued).
Customer focus and a service-oriented approach.
Positive attitude, proactivity and a desire to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Availability to carry out internships on rotating schedules according to the operational needs of the hotel.
