WE ARE HIRING: FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead Front Office operations including Reception, Concierge, Guest Services & Reservations
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and uphold premium service standards
Train, mentor, and motivate the Front Office team
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Manage room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping & Sales
Prepare duty rosters and monitor staffing levels
Maintain departmental reports, budgets, and compliance with hotel standards
✅ Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or equivalent
Minimum 5 years Front Office experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in PMS systems (Opera/Fidelio or similar)
Guest-centric, problem solver, and able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
