JOB DESCRIPTION

The beautiful, AAA Four Diamond Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort has an amazing opportunity to join our Food and Beverage leadership team! We are hiring a Banquet/Food and Beverage Manager to support the Banquet and Restaurant operations. This property boasts over 60,000 square feet of gorgeous indoor/outdoor event space along with 6 exquisite dining options.

Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort

Salary Range: The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 – $80,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous hotel experience
  • Previous supervisory experience (preferably within Food and Beverage or Banquets)
  • Open and flexible availability (scheduling will vary between days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Prior banquet experience

What will I be doing? 

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of the hotel food and beverage Outlets and Banquets in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
