About the role
You will be the trusted point of contact guests rely on, coordinating every detail to bring their vision to life. Own the on-site experience from start to finish — building detailed checklists and itineraries, then bringing them to life on the day. You’ll think on your feet to solve problems as they arise, keeping events running smoothly. As the go-to contact for clients, vendors, and meeting planners, you will coordinate every moving piece and ensure each event is executed flawlessly.
