With a natural ability to lead, you guide the team through each event with confidence, coordinating service flow, room set-ups, and timings to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. You inspire and support your team, driving performance, engagement, and development while maintaining the highest standards throughout every stage of service.
You are detail-oriented and commercially aware, confidently promoting offerings and enhancing the guest experience through attentive service and thoughtful execution.
