Food & Beverage Administration Assistant

Ready to be the backbone of a thriving F&B operation? We’re looking for someone who loves staying organized and keeping things moving. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from purchase orders to supplier coordination—basically, you’ll make sure our food and beverage teams have what they need, when they need it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with the F&B and Culinary teams to manage purchase orders and market lists—tracking order status, delivery schedules, and keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Monitor pricing and supplier information for food, beverage, and culinary products so we stay on budget and get the best bang for our buck.
  • Jump on issues when they pop up—whether it’s a delivery mix-up, quality concerns, shortages, or damaged goods—and get them sorted quickly.
  • Support the Culinary team by organizing and maintaining production records, menus, recipes, kitchen reports, schedules, and all the documentation that keeps the kitchen humming.
  • Create and share reports, schedules, and team communications with accuracy and speed so everyone stays informed and aligned.
  • Keep detailed records of F&B and Culinary supplies, ingredients, equipment, and inventory needs while supporting team meetings, training sessions, and departmental activities.
  • Work closely with F&B and Culinary Management to monitor purchasing, inventory, expenses, and operational needs—plus handle follow-ups and other tasks as they come up.
