About the role:

We’re looking for passionate, energetic and service-minded Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic team across restaurant, bar, room service and banquet/conferencing operations. If you’re someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences, has an eye for detail, and loves being part of a team that delivers hospitality from the heart — we’d love to hear from you.

As part of our F&B team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey — from welcoming guests and taking orders, to ensuring every dish and drink is served with care and attention to detail. With opportunities to work across a variety of outlets and events, every day will bring something different.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support the daily operations across our restaurant, bar, room service and banquet spaces.
• Maximise sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work environment in line with food safety standards.
• Set up, reset and assist with functions and events as required.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and liquor licensing laws.
• Ensure a strong awareness of and compliance with food health and safety laws, regulations and hygiene practices at all times.
• Provide friendly, professional and efficient service, ensuring every guest leaves with a great impression.

About you

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience in a similar environment.
• A strong passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
