The F&B Manager leads the hotel’s food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets and in-room dining, delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results to five-star standards. Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing daily operations, setting and maintaining service standards, and working closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, pricing and quality. The F&B Manager prepares budgets and forecasts, monitors revenue, food and beverage costs and payroll, and builds promotions and initiatives that grow revenue. The role covers recruiting, scheduling, training and coaching the F&B team, building a positive and high-performing culture, handling guest feedback, and ensuring full compliance with hygiene, safety, licensing and company standards.
