Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Service Expert is responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by delivering outstanding food and beverage service to guests. This role goes beyond serving food and drinks, ensuring every interaction contributes to a unique and enjoyable guest experience while maintaining Marriott’s quality, safety, and service standards.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
• Set up dining areas and tables according to service standards, ensuring all equipment and supplies meet quality expectations.
• Serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
• Communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen team.
