Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Description

 

This is a hands-on role which is focused on delivering exceptional service and experiences to our valued, loyal guests. Guided by the Director of Operations, you will have a strong presence in the operations, supervising a talented team.

You will:

  • Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
  • Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while adhering to menu knowledge, service standards, and dietary requirements.
  • Provide guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
  • Implement and establish on-the-job training programs for colleagues.
  • Build strong, interdepartmental relationships in the Hotel.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or hospitality venue.
  • All round Food & Beverage knowledge including barista & bar skills.
  • A passion for leadership and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • A valid NSW RSA.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
