The Food Runner is the heartbeat of the dining experience, supporting servers by delivering dishes with care and ensuring the dining experience is polished and welcoming. They’re the vital link between the front and back of the house, ensuring every guest enjoys seamless, attentive service. Proof, an American Canteen, is a lively three-meal restaurant inspired by America’s culinary heritage and the historic Route 66.
