The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agents to join their Front Office team! Our unique, art-filled hotel in downtown Nashville is just steps away from the honky tonks and live music on Broadway. Located in Bankers Alley, we’re within a mile of Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, and the Ryman Auditorium.
The ideal candidate will hold comparable Front Desk experience, preferably with Hilton, and have at least 6 months of customer service experience, and be fully available to work the ever-changing hospitality schedule, which includes overnight shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for those to begin their hospitality career.
Shift Pattern: The shift pattern will consist of 3 shifts, 3 PM-11:30 PM, and 2 audit shifts from 11:00 PM-7 AM, with weekend availability.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
