What you’ll do (mostly this…other duties may be assigned):
•Uses technology to ensure best guest experience
•Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
•Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes.
•Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card/cash transactions.
•Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that complaints or requests are handled timely and with sensitivity.
•Meets all in-service requirements, complies with all system policies and procedures.
•General administrative functions to include answer front desk main lines, respond to GXP, and track GSS and Trip Advisor scores.
What we’re looking for:
•High School Diploma
•2 years’ experience in hotel front desk desired
•A love for meeting new people and making meaningful connections
•A positive attitude and natural flair for customer service
•Reliability, integrity and a team spirit
•Your best professional manners
•Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
•Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
