To attend to, register, and meet the needs of guests at all times, anticipating and always striving to exceed their expectations, resolving any issues that may arise, and guaranteeing a pleasant stay.

• To successfully complete the check-in processes, meeting the corresponding service standards.
• Serve customers politely and kindly at all times.
• Inform the guest about the services provided by the Hotel, number of restaurants and bars, Serviexpress, etc.
• Perform currency exchange for hotel guests, preparing the receipt for said currency exchange.
• Making room changes at the guest’s request or due to the Hotel’s needs.
• Attend to any request from guests at all times.
• Answer the phone following the established standards.
• Successfully complete checkout processes, meeting the corresponding service standards. Collect payments from individual accounts.
• Attach all required information to the guest registration (agency coupons, credit card vouchers, copies of reservations for complimentary items or duly authorized special rates)
• Knowing the hotel’s situation – rooms occupied, available, out of service, occupancy percentage, etc.
