Front Office All-Rounder

Are you a master of first impressions with a passion for hospitality and people?

Pullman Sydney Airport is seeking a Full-Time Front Office All-Rounder t to join our friendly and dynamic Front Office team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional and personalised guest experiences, ensuring every interaction is memorable.

Job Description

 

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised, and engaging customer service in line with luxury standards
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes using Opera PMS.
  • Handle all incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to guest queries in a positive and timely manner
  • Liaise daily with departments such as Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth guest experiences

 

Qualifications

 

  • Passion for hospitality with energy, enthusiasm, and creativity
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience with Opera (preferred)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
