Front Office All Rounder

Job Description

 

  • Deliver professional and friendly guest service across check-in, check-out and throughout the guest stay
  • Respond to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate posting of charges and timely billing
  • Handle incoming calls and communications in a professional manner, directing enquiries as required
  • Maintain clear communication between guests and hotel departments to support smooth operations
  • Promote hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance the guest experience
  • Assist with reservations, room allocations and maintaining accurate guest information in the system
  • Monitor daily operations, complete shift checklists and report any issues to management
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, room types and rates to provide accurate information to guests
  • Ensure guest confidentiality, safety and adherence to hotel policies and procedures
  • Support overall front desk and guest services operations to deliver a seamless and positive experience
