Capital Hilton is looking for a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team! Our historic hotel is in the heart of the nation’s capital, less than a mile from McPherson Sq metro station has 559 guest rooms, over 31,235 total event space and 21 meeting rooms.
The ideal candidate will have min 2 years of managerial experience in the Front Office department, great communication and interpersonal skills and it’s a great leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are ready to grow within Hilton and Front Office operations and supervise a team of about 25 team members.
Shift Pattern: Full Availability (weekdays, weekends, and holidays) over AM, MID and PM shifts – with mostly PM shifts, starting as early as 1-2PM and ending as late as 10PM-12AM.
Salary: $65,000-$70,000 per year.
