The beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Crystal City is seeking a Front Office Manager to join their guest services team! This 627-room property is half a mile south of The Pentagon near I-395 and the Pentagon City Metro station is only a three-block walk away!
In this role, you would be one of two front office managers, reporting to the assistant director of front office. You would oversee Guest Service Agents, Communications/PBX Operators and Bellstaff/Drivers (22 total team members). Ideal candidates for this position will have previous hotel front office leadership experience overseeing a union team! An OnQ certification is preferred for this role, as well as experience driving HH enrollments and ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction are met.
