Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Front Office Manager will manage day-to-day operations of Concierge, Front Desk, and At-Your-Service (Telecommunications). Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Provide positive leadership and foster a culture of engaged Associates to ensure the success of the team
  • Manage projects and ensure policies and procedures are administered fairly and adhered too
  • Emphasise guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings, focusing on continuous improvement
  • Manage staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
  • Supports developmental needs by coaching, mentoring, or training to improve the teams knowledge or skills
  • Deliver departmental orientation program for Associates to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job
  • Excellent communication with the Front Office team and Associates to create awareness of business objectives

 

Previous experience in a similar role, or ability to demonstrate concrete exposure in handling a Front Office team within a luxury hotel, is mandatory.
