Front Office Manager

About the role: Front Office Manager

The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring high customer service standards, positively resolving issues, and motivating the team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Promoting hotel services, gathering customer feedback, addressing complaints, assisting during peak times, maintaining communication with other departments (like Housekeeping), and preparing work schedules in line with business needs.
  • Collaborate on improving guest service, manage room revenue, oversee departmental financial performance, and lead training initiatives for staff.
  • Upholding health and safety standards, contributing to marketing efforts, and participating in community relations.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior front office management role within a high-end hotel, resort environment
  • Proven track record of driving profitability and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Operations or a related field
  • Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in another language is highly desirable
