We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Hotel General Manager to lead the #1 rated, Chairman Award winning AC Hotel by Marriott in Bridgewater, NJ. Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards and service behaviors.
Financial Performance:
Prepare and execute annual operating budgets, sales, and marketing plans to achieve targeted results.
Analyze financial performance to drive revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment.
Leverage technology platforms and distribution channels to maximize market share.
Lead capital planning and asset management initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
People & Talent Development:
Develop and implement programs that enhance team member engagement and performance.
Establish succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
