General Manager – Food and Beverage Venues

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the ARC restaurant and In Room Dining outlets at the Fairmont Waterfront.  The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in driving revenue, upholding Forbes and LQA standards, fostering a luxury service culture. As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the hotel’s Venues by overseeing day-to-day operations, developing training programs on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the overall growth of the establishment.
