General Manager

Job Description

 

What you will be doing

Develop and execute long-term strategies to strengthen profitability, market position and operational excellence, driving financial performance through disciplined revenue management, cost optimization and strategic investment

Champion Sofitel’s luxury standards across every guest experience and service touchpoint

Lead, inspire and empower a high-performing leadership team, fostering engagement, capability and talent retention

Act as a visible, charismatic brand ambassador for Sofitel and Accor within the hotel and broader community

Build and strengthen trusted relationships with owners, Accor, VIP guests and key industry partners

Monitor, elevate and continuously improve guest satisfaction and quality metrics, including RPS and LQA

Qualifications

 

What you will bring to the role

A proven track record as a senior luxury hotel leader, delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial outcomes

Previous experience overseeing a significant refurbishment and repositioning a hotel

Strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to align performance to Accor’s vision and values

A people-first mindset, underpinned by elevated emotional intelligence and authentic leadership

Entrepreneurial thinking, agility and the ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

A passion and pride for luxury hospitality, service excellence and brand storytelling

An inspirational mentor and team builder who curates a culture of belonging, empowerment and high performance

The ability to inspire a shared vision while building strong, strategic connections across all stakeholder groups
