Owner Summary / View of Needs 

• Existing General Manager with a proven track record of dynamic leadership, strong operational presence, ownership affinity and emotional maturity.
• Strong Financial acumen in managing a complex asset with daily ownership presence.
• Experience and contacts in international markets, including Middle East, London and New York to support Commercial team.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently present a strong gravitas and authenticity in all employee relations– The Hotel is proudly non-union in a union market.
• Experience with major renovations and repositioning preferred.
• Knowledge of California Law would be advantageous.

• Ability to foster a strong relationship with Elite guests, preferred partners and community.
• Effective negotiator to influence the overall future direction of the Hotel.
