We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager, with Experience in Marriott, to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a vibrant resort environment, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.
*Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations
*Extensive hotel experience with a strong understanding of hospitality industry standards
*Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence
*Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage diverse teams effectively
*Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within a hotel setting
*Experience with human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance management
*Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
*Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software
*Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
